Luby is our newest addition, she’s a 10 yr. old rescue Italian greyhound. We are lucky to have this sweet dog as part of our company, she doesn’t come with much caster knowledge, just a whole bunch of love to share.

Account Specialist

With a solid engineering background and over 14 years of experience in the caster industry, Dara is adept at helping customers find the perfect products for their needs.

She is dedicated to customer satisfaction, handling sales processes, and ensuring high-quality service and products. Dara also supports the sales team, contributing to efficient and effective sales operations. Outside of work, Dara enjoys family time and loves exploring the outdoors.

Account Manager

Chris has been in the caster industry for over 20 years. He brings a wealth of knowledge & experience to his customers spanning from New England to New York, & the Midwest. He loves traveling, meeting new people, & enjoys baseball, hockey, & cars.

Sales and Branch Manager – Midwest

Reggie began his career in the caster and material handling business when he moved to Kansas City, MO in 1990.  Reggie started out as an inside salesman and warehouse worker and worked his way up to the position of sales manager.  He has been with the C.P. Lauman team since 2018 as a Sales and Branch Manager and never looked back, “I am grateful to be a part of the C.P. Lauman family.”

Account Manager – Fastener Division

Kaitlyn has been with the C.P. Lauman Company since 2019. She began in the Fastener Department making kits & recently she has been moved to Account Manager – Fastener Division. Outside of work, Kaitlyn enjoys going to the gym & spending weekends with her identical twin sister.

Marketing Coordinator

Ashleigh began working at the C.P. Lauman Company in 2021, working as the Marketing Coordinator. She handles all things marketing related, from newsletters to LinkedIn posts. When Ashleigh is not working, you can find her at the ice rink where she coaches figure skating.

Fastener Specialist

Nick has over 25 years of experience in fasteners & five years with the C.P. Lauman Company. In these fast-paced, sometimes demanding production environments, he brings a high degree of knowledge & technical assistance to customers seeking competitive pricing, sourcing & problem solving for manufacturers.

Customer Service

Since 1998, Cheryl has been with the C.P. Lauman Company. Her role for the last 34 years has been a Customer Service Rep. & Office Administrator. Outside of work, she prefers to spend her spare time traveling.

Accounting

Janice has 35 years of experience handling accounts payable/receivables & has been a C.P. Lauman Company team member for 25 years. She enjoys spending time on the beach in Maine when she’s not working.

Vice President

Ed began working in the caster industry as a 10th grader in a work study program. He is now approaching his 50th year in the caster industry & still loves what he does. From starting in the shipping department to working the phones in customer service, being promoted to sales, & managing the warehouse, Ed has always gone above & beyond to help scale the company. If you do the math, you know how young he is!

President/ Owner

Heidi began working at C.P. Lauman when she was 10 years old. Her father, Richard Stewart, would bring her to work during the summer where she would press bearings into wheels, clean the warehouse, & perform various administrative tasks in the office. After graduating, Heidi became a full-time employee at the C.P. Lauman Company. “My father had me work every position in the company to make me better understand how the business ran & have total knowledge of the products we sell. I am grateful for the opportunity I was given.”
